This morning I started with a few Iyengar style salutations before moving into my Kundalini practice. I wanted to do both the balancing the aura kriya and the strengthening the aura kriya this morning, but only had time for the first one. I have also been continuing to do a foot and leg massage everyday to help the returning of energy and feeling to my right leg.
Today I worked on the kriya to coordinate the body, mind, and soul, which involves a lot of upward spirals. After I did a long meditation and chanted along with some Snatam Kaur.
Today I had two sessions of yoga, one in the morning and one before bed. The morning yoga started with a foot massage, as many of my morning sessions are starting with.
